RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the nature of our products we tend not to offer a returns policy. In particular with unmounted prints, for example, it is our experience, that by the time a product has been returned to us, it might have been handled quite a bit, making it difficult for us to resell it.
In the exceptional circumstance where an order arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Claims for damage in transit must be notified to us within 48 hours of receipt of the order.
For any questions on returns or refunds, please contact us and we will see what we can do to help. Items sent back to us without contacting us first will not be accepted.
